UGLY SINGAPOREANS

I read with despair the violence that happened in the Singapore vs Myanmar match that was held at the National Stadium last night. 6 'skinshead' singaporean fans were reported to have attacked a Myanmar fan with a whiskey bottle outside the stadium. This was on top of the violence between fans inside the stadium wherby dustbins were thrown, obscenties exchanged and brawls breaking out.

I watched the match yesterday and i thought Myanmar should be punished for rough play and i condemned their players for that. Never did i expect to read from the newspaper today that our own Singapore fans were also having an inappropriate behaviour. Now, what would the authorities from the officials that organise the Tiger Cup react to yesterday's heated exchanges between the 2 countries? Will the match be abandoned or will Singapore be punished to play their next match behind closed door? I think our fans and players should keep a cool head in these situations.
