I didn't realise NUS is so hilly until after the run today. I was damned shagged out, after the up hills and down hills. I got to pace myself for the down hills because if i let gravity do the work, I will shag out even more.

But overall it is still alright. I feel good after the run.

A 12km run for me tomorrow, if not I won't feel good.
